03.19.12 The Azzuri is CYSA State Cup Semi-Finalist

 

Down two players including Brooke and Raven for the final game against the #1 ranked MVLA Mercury Black, The Azzuri valiantly battled MVLA Mercury Black and natures' elements including a hail storm to earn a spot in the CYSA State Cup semi-finals.  One of four teams left standing including the #1 ranked MVLA Black and the # 2 ranked Bay Oaks Botafogo.  Azzuri gets to play Bay Oaks Botfogo next which would be more of an even match up as opposed to the last time the two teams met in State Premier last fall season when Azzuri played with only 10 players.  Go Azzuri!
