Welcome to the Home of Azzuri
The San Carlos, California based Azzuri is a U12 class-1 girls team devoted to developing well-rounded players with the self-confidence, motivation and skills needed to excel both on and off the field. Azzuri was formed in the Winter of 2007 as a U10 team. The team core players had been playing class-1 competitive soccer from the age of U8. After successfully finishing the Spring 2007 season as champs in Redwood League and for higher competition, the team played the Fall 2007 season in Delgado League. As a U11 team, Azzuri excelled and finished as Delgado champs as well. Azzuri was then promoted to class-1 Abronzino League where the team currently plays.
